Kyle Rabin serves as Director at Network for New Energy Choices. In that role, Kyle leads the NNEC team to effectively implement project strategies and plans.

Kyle holds an M.S. in Environmental Science from the State University of New York (SUNY) College of Environmental Science and Forestry and a B.A. in Environmental Studies from Binghamton University.

Prior to NNEC, Kyle served as Executive Director at Friends of the Bay (Oyster Bay, NY) from October 2004 through September 2007. Before Friends of the Bay, Kyle served as a senior policy analyst and campaign director at Riverkeeper, Inc. from January 2002 through October 2004. He assisted Robert F. Kennedy, Jr. with a chapter in his September 2004 book Crimes of Nature. Before working at Riverkeeper, Kyle was an environmental and energy policy analyst for the Council of State Governments. He began his work in the environmental arena in 1998 as an air and energy program associate at Environmental Advocates of New York.

In all of these roles, Kyle served as a resource to the media and presented statements to and testified before various government bodies at the local, state, and federal level. Hundreds of his viewpoints and letters have appeared in newspapers including The New York Times, the New York Daily News, Newsday, The Journal News, Times Union, and The Star Ledger. He has been a guest on WNYC’s Brian Lehrer Show and has appeared in numerous radio and television interviews, programs, and news segments.
