Weiling has been working in the design field for more then 10 years. She has led the effort to design and structure GRACE projects, NNEC, Eat Well Guide, H₂O Conserve, The Socially Responsible Agricultural Project, truthaboutoystercreek.org, agenergysolutions.org, and the GRACE website. Prior to joining GRACE, she was involved with projects in NYPL, Cantor Fitzgerald, Westinghouse, and Mattel.

She was born and raised in Taiwan and moved to the US. Weiling holds a Master of Fine Arts from Pratt Institue, a BFA from the San Francisco Art Institue and RN in Taiwan. After earning two degrees, and traveling abroad extensively, Weiling has made New York home.
