Dulce Fernandes serves as the Associate Director at the Network for New Energy Choices. Before joining NNEC, Dulce worked as a photojournalist and human rights activist in Europe and the U.S. Dulce holds a Master’s degree in International Relations from the City College of the City University of New York and a BA in Journalism from Lisbon Technical University. Dulce has co-authored several reports on renewable energy, nuclear power and biofuels.
