for Small-Scale Renewable Energy

Meet the Fine family, Montclair homeowners generating clean solar electricity for their home and selling the excess back to their utility through a program known as “net metering.”  In the first report ever to rank and grade the effectiveness of 34 states with these programs, the Network for New Energy Choices profiled why New Jersey’s program is the best in the nation.  (see “Freeing the Grid” at www.NewEnergyChoices.org).
